Sun Life Malaysia’s inaugural Sun In The City Wellness Fest was held at The Agam in Kuala Lumpur. With 350 participants, the two-day event blended immersive experiences and expert sessions to inspire Malaysians to enhance their lives physically, mentally and financially.

Consequently, visitors delved into a curated array of activities designed to enrich both the body and soul. From engaging yoga sessions and high-energy dance classes to insightful financial discussions, the event offered something for everyone.

The festival’s wellness highlights included Yoga with Cats by Jojo Struys for a serene stretch, a high-energy cardio dance with MimiFly at FLYJAM, plus a Coffee Appreciation Workshop by Kenny Hills Coffee and a bespoke Perfume Workshop by 8to8.

Enhancing Financial Literacy with a Fun Twist

Financial wellness took center stage with an engaging panel discussion led by experts Dr. Adam Zubir and Aznah Abas, moderated by Rizal Kamal. The session aimed to demystify financial planning and empower attendees to take control of their economic futures. Moreover, adding a playful touch, participants also enjoyed the InsureLit board game, which serves as a creative tool for learning about saving, earning and protecting.
