4.Fluid Pouring with The Fluid Box
The Fluid Box, started by Beth in 2022, is a space for mindfulness and creativity. Inspired by the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, Beth wanted to help people disconnect from screens and find peace.
The workshops focus on fluid art, a fun and calming way to express emotions without needing any art experience. Participants mix colours, pour paint and create unique pieces while exploring their feelings. Each session is designed to bring joy and help people rediscover their creativity.
What makes The Fluid Box different is its emphasis on mental wellness. The workshops begins with a colour-mixing session, where participants reflect on their emotions through the lens of colour. Beth’s heartfelt approach extends to seniors, with a 30% discount for participants aged 60 and above. This special initiative is inspired by her late grandmother and aims to provide healing and connection through art.
