Savor the Savories: The Tiger Prawn Salad with Cocoa Nib Cornet combines the freshness of tiger prawns with the crunch of roasted cocoa nibs, creating a symphony of textures and flavours. The Snow Crab Cake with Remoulade and Caviar is another highlight. The delicate sweetness of crab meets a tangy remoulade, crowned with caviar for a touch of opulence.
Delight in the Sweets: On the sweeter side, the Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Sphere is a masterpiece, featuring 70% Semai cacao that balances tropical fruits, cashews and red tea. The Vanilla Salted Caramel Crèmeux and Chocolate Délice are made with 70% Temuan cacao, which not only offers a rich and complex flavour profile but also enhances the overall dessert experience. Hazelnut Praline Chocolate Feuilletine Tart, with its 60% Chemor cacao, delights with notes of tropical fruits and toffee.
