These awards aim to set new standards, spotlighting innovation, quality, and excellence that redefine the beauty landscape.

From skincare superheroes to makeup must-haves and hair care innovations, our awards cover a broad spectrum. This diversity showcases the brilliance and variety within the beauty industry.
Transparency
We value transparency and will keep our audience informed throughout the awards process. This includes details about the criteria, judging process, and, of course, the winners.
Submission Guidelines
If you represent a beauty brand committed to quality, innovation, and excellence, we invite you to submit your products for consideration. Winning the Best of Beauty Awards is a powerful endorsement of your brand’s dedication.
- You can submit new and existing products with new formulations, shades, or packaging.
- To participate, you are required to pay an entry fee of MYR300, covering up to three product submissions. This allows every brand to submit its hero product. You can submit a total of three products. Additional product submissions cost MYR150 each.
- For each product, you need to send a total of 7 units. Three units be tested by judges, two for Beauty Editors and photo shoot, and the remaining two for our online competition.
- You will also have to send us your product photos with a white background in JPEG format. Submissions will be rejected if there are no product photos.
- You can make the payment via online transfer. Contact sales@klbeautyweek.com for further details.
- Products need to have samples available for our testers. After reviewing submissions, we will reach out to request samples for testing. Please refrain from mailing product submissions until requested.

In submitting an entry for any of the categories, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated from time to time without prior written notice at our discretion.
Beauty Awards Packages
Tier 1
The entry fee automatically includes participation in Tier 1, showcasing your product photo on our website without clickable functionality. The caption will display the name of the product.
Tier 2
Tier 2 incurs an extra RM800 fee, excluding the entry fee, and features your product photo on our website with a clickable link to your shopping page. The linked photo will be accompanied by a brief description or review of the product. The caption will include the product’s name and a link to the brand’s website or shop.
Tier 3
Opting for Tier 3 comes with a fee of RM2,200, excluding the entry fee. Similar to Tier 2, your product photo will be highlighted on our website and linked to your shopping page. A brief description or review of the product will complement the linked photo. Moreover, a direct link to the brand’s website or shop will be displayed on our platform. As an added perk, we will present you with an award on stage during KLIBW 2024 in November at Mid Valley.
Important!
Products will undergo evaluation by both judges and the public. The product securing the highest votes in each category will be the winner. Winners will receive a distinctive logo badge, prominently displayed on Website, and will benefit from Tier 2 coverage. They will also have an exclusive access to Tier 3 coverage. Participants who do not secure a win will receive Tier 1 coverage with the option to purchase Tier 2 coverage. Furthermore, their products will be featured in the Beauty Favorite Category.
Judging Process
Three judges within the beauty industry, including Beauty Editor, will receive distributed product samples. We will also actively gather and showcase public opinions and reviews on our website. In the Crowd Favorite category, the public can express their preferences by casting votes through our Instagram and TikTok platforms. Engaging in our social media voting process also offers a chance for two voters to be randomly chosen as winners for product giveaways.

Beauty Awards Winner Announcement: 1st November 2024 (Live on www.thehighlightermy.com)
KLIBW Awards Ceremony: 22nd November 2024
