Highlights include Coral Trout Congee, Waxed Duck Rice with Homemade Barbecue Chicken, Fragrant Garlic Tiger Prawn, Golden Bean Curd and Oyster with Fresh Peppercorn in Pumpkin Gravy, ending on a sweet note with an array of Chinese-themed desserts.
